The Academy Group guarantees students who meet program requirements a job post college graduation.
Dominique runs her own radio station and shes the finance director for a local nonprofit thats reducing gun violence on Chicagos South Side. She plans to become a Chief Finance Officer for a Fortune 500 company.
Carlos owns a clothing line, and he tells us that his sights are set on scaling his business through sheer determination. He knows his family and school cant afford him the same preparation thats available to young people his age in more affluent communities, but hes undeterred.
Taofeeq, the son of Nigerian parents who immigrated to America, dreams of becoming a pilot and then plans to own an airline that offers affordable international flights for families of immigrants.
